There are a dynamic group of mature men and women at Queensway who dare to call themselves “Seniors”  With so much life experience and vision they bring an valuable resource to the body of Christ.  Our amazing leadership team of seniors plan for monthly lunches, trips, Bible Studies, computer classes, small group events, and ministry outreach to other seniors in our community.

Romans 15:13  “Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace, as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”

Bible Study
Our Tuesday afternoon Bible study continues every Tuesday afternoon at 1pm. Please join us for a great time of worship, teaching, and praying together. Currently Ann Collins is focusing on the Blood of Jesus.

Monthly Lunch
Our next lunch will be on Saturday April 20th at 11:30 a.m.  We are having a nostalgic trip down memory lane.  This is a time for you to dress in your favourite styles of yesteryear and plan to sing along with some of the songs from long ago!

This is a pot blessing lunch, so there is no charge, but you must let us know in advance what dish you will be bringing. Please plan to bring enough to feed at least 8 people.
 
Events
Our first bus trip will be on Thursday June 27th to Braeside Camp to hear Ken Bombay speak in the morning service during seniors week.  Tickets will be on sale starting April 21st and seating is limited so you must buy your tickets early at the seniors table on Sunday morning
